Yes, a contact is required as a legal agreement. This will require a signature from both spouses i.e husband, wife, partners, boyfriend or girlfriend. The contract can either be sent over via email once a quotation is
approved or if easier the contract can be signed in the showroom for your convenience. There is nothing better than transparency and clear rules which have been agreed on and signed. In this way, everyone knows what to expect and what to do in the case of any misunderstanding.

Yes, we are happy to make changes during the project as we realise our client’s vision and requirements may change as they see the garden developing. Any additions or alterations to the schedule or the project specification will be subject to review and if necessary additional payments (towards additional materials or labour costs).

Our consultant will typically need between 30 minuets to one hour of your time depending on the size of the job to discuss your needs and requirements and then give their best advice on the landscaping of your garden. The main goal of the meeting will be to establish the most practical layout of the garden, type of materials, overall style and budget to ensure that the solutions they propose are the best value for money.

After the first consultation, you will receive a full written quotation sent in a email as a PDF. If you wish to view samples of any products listed in the quotation these can be sent out in the post or a second consultation can be booked to discuss and view the products that work best for you.

Each project can vary depending on the size of the job and what is being installed however on average we require a 10% booking fee, 40% deposit once on site unless stated other wise, 25% stage payment unless stated otherwise and 25% upon the day of completion. Payments are accepted by Bank Transfer.

We accept bank transfer, credit and debit card payments however credit and debit cards are charged at 1.69% and online card payments are charged at 2.5% while bank transfer is free. However, we don’t accept cheques.

The rubbish will go onto protection boards on your driveway and be disposed of by a grab lorry, however not all projects require a grab lorry or might not be accessible due to the surrounds. Not to worry as Wilson Landscapes carry a full waste carriers license so if require we can transport the waste on our trucks. it’s worth baring in mind that your full driveway will be required for the
duration of the job for waste & materials.

There is no reason whatsoever for our team to come into your house. All our landscaping team will need is access to an electricity supply and a water tap. When it comes to food, drinks etc, our team are very good at looking after themselves, however teas and coffees are always welcomed for the team. We even put a portaloo on site if there is enough room after storage of materials and space for excavated waste.

We work Monday – Friday 8:00am until 3:00pm, however sometimes we do work Saturday’s 8:00am until 3:00pm if a project needs additional finishing time to meet a deadline.
